Maximillians Grill's Chef Margie Hennesse has created a 5- course dinner meticulously paired with a selection from the family-owned Keenan Winery.
Keenan Winery is proud to offer ultra-premium wines produced from their historic Spring Mountain vineyard wine estate, which has been planted in grapevines since the late 19th century. Keenan Wines are a true archetype of the distinctive terroir of the region and reflect the adherence to vineyard and winemaking practices designed to showcase the sense of place unique to this mountainside environment. Their conversion to solar power, combined with the sustainable farming practices of the estate vineyards led to recognition by the Napa Valley Vintners Association of the Keenan estate as a ‘green’ winery.
